Soleimani is really most sincerely dead.

It was the right decision to take out Qasem Soleimani, the bad-ass Iranian architect of terror and chaos throughout the Middle East, and his evil sidekicks. After all, the USA is still waging its war on terror, and Iran is the top sponsor of Islamic hatred against America and its allies. After showing too much restraint for too long, Trump delivered the deadly KO punch with a drone.

Bam! No more Soleimani. And…bang!…in a New York minute, Trump’s antagonists showed no restraint; spewing some of the dumbest mumbo-jumbo possible. Get a load of these nuggets…

  1. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a font of foolish remarks: “Last night the President engaged in what is widely being recognized as an act of war against Iran…right now is the time to prevent war…” I nominate AOC as our peace emissary to Tehran. That Green New Deal is a real ice breaker.
  2. Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) just opposes Trump. On Tuesday, he tweeted, “The attack on our embassy in Baghdad is horrifying…Trump has rendered America impotent…reduced to huddling in safe rooms, hoping the bad guys go away.” After the drone strike on Thursday, Murphy tweeted, “Soleimani was an enemy of the United States…America just assassinate[d] the second most powerful person in Iran.” How is it possible for one brain inside of a week to flip-flop on Trump (I disagree-I agree-I disagree-I agree).
  3. House speaker Pelosi was (again) left out of the loop: “…this action was taken without the consultation of the Congress [which] must be immediately briefed…” Funny how impeachment comes between the best of friends!
  4. Colin Kaepernick issued this pithy tweet: “There is nothing new about American terrorist attacks against Black and Brown people for the expansion of American imperialism.” I’m sorry, but explain to me again why you’re tweeting during the NFL play-offs?

These so-called progressives would be the first Americans Soleimani would crush under his tank’s treads and, if they survived, ordered to read a Great Satan confession on TV before having their heads lopped off.

AOC would be wise to remember “this war” began in 1979 with the Iranian attack upon US sovereign soil (which is what every embassy is in the civilized world). What does Murphy consider a proportionate response: spitballs? Pelosi (yet again) just wants to be a co-equal commander. Thanks to Nike, the un-employed Kaepernick doesn’t have to stand for the anthem or fight in the white man’s wars.

What do these four knuckleheads have in common? Simple: not one feels threatened by Iranian missiles emblazoned with Death to America or has to fight in Iraq – or has to make the decision to send US soldiers to battle. Above all, they all believe everyday Americans care about their views on US foreign policy. In such circumstances, talk is cheap and should be ridiculed.
