MS-13 is the tip of a real criminal invasion.

You’ll want to share these rants and raves with your like-minded conservative friends – or use them to silence the mad-liberal at work. If you are a conservative guardian, then spread the word to advance our conservative values!

Rant: Non-Citizens Commit More Crimes

Based on DOJ federal arrests records, there is now proof non-citizens comprised 64% of all federal arrests in 2018 – even though they were only 7% of the population. Since 1998, federal arrests of non-citizens have climbed 234% and only 10% for US citizens. To be fair, immigration arrests (e.g. illegal crossings, over-staying visas, etc.) do tilt the percentage.

Still, with only 7% of the population in 2018, non-citizens accounted for 24% of federal drug arrests, 25% of federal property-theft arrests, and 28% of federal fraud arrests. The most likely non-citizen prosecutions are (1) illegal re-entry, (2) drugs, (3) fraud, (4) alien smuggling, and (5) misuse of visas (source: DOJ). This does not prove most immigrants are criminals, but it does prove Democrats are wrong about open borders and sanctuary cities.

The southern border does allow criminals to enter un-detected into the USA, especially members of gangs and drug cartels. DOJ and ICE concur that recidivism is not reduced when illegal crossers know they will be sent home rather than jailed (source: Center for Immigration Studies). The evidence is clear: there is a correlation between real crimes and open borders (and sanctuary cities). Someone make it stop.

Rave: DOJ Goes After Violent Groups

It’s about time the DOJ re-discovered the seldom-used 1968 Anti-Riot Act (also known as the “H Rap Brown Law”) to go after violent extremists, such as Antifa. When alt-right and radical-left protesters admit their goal is to incite violence, it’s time to enforce the rule of law and peaceable assembly. The 1st amendment does not exist to allow Antifa to quash free speech or the the Proud Boys to organize violent protests.

The 1968 Civil Rights Act included the “Brown” law, criminalizing interstate commerce “with intent to (A) incite a riot or (B) organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot.” It was first used to prosecute the “Chicago 7” after the 1968 Democratic National Convention and, most recently, to secure guilty pleas (and prison sentences) from four California-based white supremacists, who incited the 2017 riots in Charlottesville.

These hate groups engage in domestic terror, and Proud Boys leader, Enrique Tarrio, admitted this to the Huffington Post. “We’ve wasted all their (Portland’s) f**king resources to make this rally. We want them to waste $2 million, and we’ll do it again in two months.” No way does Tarrio deserve 1st amendment protection. It is time for the DOJ to use the “Brown” law to prosecute and jail the domestic terrorist.

Rant: Gillibrand Should Withdraw

Kirsten Gillibrand revealed her character by dissing benefactor Bill Clinton during Al Franken’s sexist kerfuffle. It’s one to be politically correct and quite another to be disloyal; a character flaw voters should not overlook. In light of this disloyalty, it’s not surprising friends and staff are leaking word that her presidential campaign is kaput.

It is a fact her floundering campaign has not secured 130,000 individual donors and her polling numbers have not topped even 1% (CNN or Morning Consult), meaning she will not be in the Houston debate. A friend confided to Fox News, “she’s not going to make it…what is Kirsten’s reason to stay in?” And a staffer added, “she comes across as an opportunist to the public” by flip-flopping on guns and immigration.

With friends and staffers like that, Gillibrand is clearly on a sinking ship. In fact, she told the Washington Post she’d accept an offer to run as Vice President: “Of course, I’m here because my faith has really inspired me to serve.” Translation: my faith (ego) could use a boost onto the national stage. Sorry, I watched her underwhelming debate performances. There’s a reason she’s offering $30 tee shirts for a $1 donation (hint: there’s a big “L” on her forehead).
