We’re seeing extreme MAGA philosophy. It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that’s like semi-fascism. They are determined to take this country backwards. They promote authoritarian leaders. They are a threat to our personal rights, the pursuit of justice, the rule of law, to the very soul of this country.

President Biden

If a commander in chief demonizes his political opponents, is he returning “normalcy” to government or “uniting” the nation? Probably not, especially when implying 74 million Republicans are “semi-fascist” and “extreme” on TV – at night against a blood-red backdrop with marines perched on either side. Surely not when his core message advocated a single-party state. It can only get worse if it turns out Joe Biden’s plagiarized the words of Benito Mussolini.

How bad was it? So bad, the major networks knew not to air it live. So bad, the Toronto Sun called BS on him. “I think of instances where Biden claimed in 2000 Al Gore won the presidential election, said in 2019 he ‘absolutely agrees’ Trump was an illegitimate president. It’s a bit rich he now calls it dangerous for Republicans to engage in the same ‘big lie’ he’s been spreading for 20 years.”

Joe Biden is taking “bully pulpit” to where it should not go. He’s outdone Dick Nixon by creating an “enemies list” that includes vaccine skeptics (science deniers), voter-ID supporters (Jim Crow 2.0), school-board confronters (domestic terrorists), and election skeptics (anti-democracy). Who’s the semi-fascist here? Biden himself, if one bothers to unpack the facts.

With the midterm elections 92 days away, and control of Congress in the balance, the Biden administration raided his chief political rival’s home. 17 days later, Biden called that rival’s voters “semi-fascists.” 7 days later, he called the MAGA movement a “threat” to America.

What’s so “extreme” about signs or “threatening” about voters wanting to make America great now or at any time?

Hard to see it, because numerous surveys report what these US citizens want from their government: (1) secure borders and less dependence on foreign suppliers, (2) apolitical public schools and safe neighborhoods, and (3) freedom to parent and pray as their families have for generations. That’s more of an American Restoration movement. At least, that’s what they say.

They say Biden is the “authoritarian” for shutting down domestic energy production. They say his Disinformation Governance Board was a failed attempt to deprive “personal rights” to free speech. They say the January 6 hearings have corrupted the “pursuit of justice.” Whatever – since when did Joe Biden get to be the Vicar of Christ?

If the President is so altruistic, and Democrat policies are so benevolent, why did Americans leave big Democrat-run states and cities between 2020 and 2021, and move to Republican-run states and cities? Because, after the 2020 election, the Census Bureau detected a massive demographic shift away from Team Biden.

The highest numeric population loss occurred in the states of New York, California and Illinois, and the cities of New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. The highest numeric population gain occurred in the states of Texas, Florida and Arizona, and the cities of San Antonio, Phoenix and Fort Worth. Coincidence? Not when Democrats control nine of the ten states with the highest numeric population declines since 2020 (source: USCB).

It’s also no coincidence that Democrats control the six school districts that have lost the most families with children under the age of 6 since 2020:

  • New York (NY) lost 9.5% (of those families)
  • Kings County (NY) lost 6.8%
  • Queens County (NY) lost 6.7%
  • Santa Clara (CA) lost 6.2%
  • Los Angeles (CA) lost 5.6%
  • Cook (IL) lost 5.3%

These families did NOT leave blue school districts to move their children to the Third Reich. They moved their kids away from left-wing authoritarians. This was the finding of a recent poll funded by America’s largest teachers union. True, and AFT president Randi Weingarten just distanced herself from Biden’s politics on Thursday:

“Very few teachers thought they were going into teaching to be social justice warriors. That’s created burnout, and that’s not parents. That’s politicians. Parents just want the best for their kids. And so do the teachers.”

Mind you, she said this as her co-host, Education Secretary Cardona, sat in silence (and after everything the Biden White House has done for her union). It speaks volumes that Weingarten threw this president under the bus. Who wants to be chained to an unguided missile?

Republicans cannot dismiss his attacks as the confused ramblings of an old man, because “amens” are echoing throughout his base. The New Republic’s Matt Ford wrote, “The president made waves when he referred to the Trump-drunk GOP as ‘semi-fascist.’ Republicans have earned it – and more.” Ja’han Jones of MSNBC wrote, “Republicans are a semi-fascist party  if not worse.”

What’s “more” or “worse” than a semi-fascist? Can’t say, but the guess here is that 87,000 new IRS agents and Attorney General Garland will let us know, especially if Republicans don’t retake the House in November (which is what Biden’s war of words is trying to prevent).
