Have US colleges gone too far?

Liberal college administrators, after 50 years, have finally done in those “privileged” boys, dropping the male-female student ratio from 58:42 to 40:60 last year. This just goes to show a PHD is no cure for head-up-the-bum disease, because this could have been averted. Did you know there are now 1,050,000 fewer boys in college than in 2016? It’s true, and minority males of any income group now outnumber working-class white boys (source: 2020 Census).

As long as white men sat atop entertainment, finance, industry, and politics, all of those tenured old white faculty and college administrators did nothing to help young white men applying and attending college. Blame Animal House, if you must, but college liberals so focused on racial inequity and sexual harassment, they neglected over 50 million Americans – without remorse. According to the Wall Street Journal, there is still “scant campus support for spending resources to boost male attendance and retention.”

Former admissions officer Jennifer Delahunty admits there’s “a thumb on the scale for boys.” She calls it “higher education’s dirty little secret” that exists because “men make more money [and] hold higher positions,” so it’s OK not to “give them a little shove from high school to college.” In fact, some educators fault the boys themselves, blaming “video games, pornography, increased fatherlessness, boyhood restlessness and related medications” (source: WSJ).

The US economy will fail if its men go under-educated, and the 2020 census proves privilege is now bestowed by family life, income, and school district, rather than gender and race. Blame this on identity politics, because educators and politicians over-corrected the system to the point of dysfunction. If women and minorities could not rise up without equal opportunity and more resources – and that was wrong – it is only fair to give poor white boys a “little shove” today.

Amplification Regarding Beau Biden

I meant to write “Jimmy had brother Billy…Joe had son Beau.” Of course, Hunter Biden is embarrassing, but the subject was incompetence. A goober profiteering (Billy Beer) brother hurt Carter’s standing. Biden’s standing was hurt when grieving families, who blamed their loss on the President’s poor decisions, told the press how offensive it was to hear Beau’s name (died from cancer) cited as a shared experience.

Biden’s handlers try to hide his constituent and situational un-awareness, but the press is no longer helping. This is, in part, why internal GOP polling shows him underwater in seven key House districts Democrats must defend in 2022. He’s down anywhere from 12 points in Michigan’s 8th district (Slotkin) to 3 points in Florida’s 7th district (Murphy). Even worse, the polls show the Democrat incumbents losing to a generic GOP challenger.

Why, you may ask, are these bad numbers Biden’s fault? Because, in a poll taken before the fall of Kabul, Zogby Analytics found that 29% of split-ticket Republicans, 21% of Democrats, and 14% of independent voters now regret voting for Biden. It gets worse with his presumed support: 33% of Hispanics and 25% of Blacks now regret voting for Biden, as do 30% of 30-to-49-year-old and 27% of 18-29-year-old Biden voters.

The view here is that mad-liberal ideas are responsible for new levels of discontent that will end in a great political reckoning. It is madness to assume a multiracial native-born super-majority (86.9%) and multi-ethnic Christian majority (65%) won’t defend national and cultural norms. Biden’s in trouble because he’s not lived up to the ideals of truth, justice, and the American way – which is exactly what he said (convincingly) about the last president.
